An all American cocktail consisting of Bourbon & Vermouth. Available in perfect or sweet.
Mint Julep
A refreshing mix of Bourbon & Mint topped with Soda. Perfect for those humid days
Sazerac
This one is not to be taken lightly. Layered flavours of Bourbon with a hint of Absinth and a twist of lemon.
Margarita
Tequila & Lime. Served straight up, on the rocks or blended. Also available in Mango, Strawberry or Wild Berries flavours.
Brandy Eggnog
A traditional creamy cocktail consisting of cognac, dark rum and a dash of spice.
Sidecar
A classic cocktail. This one follows the rule: two measures of strong (brandy), one of sweet (cointreau) and one of sour (lemon juice).
Martini
Two ingredients: Gin & Dry Vermouth. Available straight-up, with a twist or dirty.
White Lady
A well balanced cocktail of Gin, Cointreau & Lemon juice.
Wild Berry Collins
A twist on the classic. Gin, Crème de frambois & Wild berry Coulis topped up with soda water.
Cuba Libre
Long and refreshing. Cuban rum, lime & cola. Nice!
Daiquiri (dye-kir-ree)
Named after a Cuban river. A sweet and sour mix of Rum, Lime and sugar. Available straight up or on the rocks.
The Mule

Moscow Mule - Vodka, Lime & Ginger Ale;
Mexican Mule - Tequila, Lime & Ginger Beer
Jamaican Mule - Rum, Lime, Ginger Beer & Bitters.
Cosmopolitan
One for Sex and The City Lovers. A sexy mix of Vodka, Cointreau, Lime Juice and Cranberry juice.
The Sour
A sweet ‘n’ sour mix. Amaretto sour is the favourite but also available as a whiskey or rum with Lemon juice, sugar and egg white (optional).
