Please choose 2 meals from the following for your set menu alternate drop.

Entrée

  • Ocean trout and sandcrab roulade w cherry tomato and caper mojo
  • Roast Hervey Bay scallops, celeriac remoulade, lemon  agramato & mustard cress
  • House potato gnocchi, blue cheese, walnuts, garlic gratin
  • Red braised pork, pickled chilli, shitake ragu

Main

  • Grain fed eye fillet, pomme fondant, roast mushroom, asparagus & red wine butter
  • Roast chicken breast, smoked tomato, fine herb mash, rocket & macadamia pesto
  • Market fish, horseradish mash, buttered asparagus & basil crème fraiche
  • Pan seared lamb backstrap on pumpkin, shallot & blue cheese risotto

Dessert

  • Rhubarb & saffron crème brulee w lemongrass sorbet
  • Dark chocolate delice w macadamia tuille, raspberry jelly and crunchy peanut butter ice cream or Choice of 4 cheeses for the table

Pricing

2 courses consisting of Chef Selection tasting platters followed by alternate drop main is $45 p/p
3 courses consisting of Chef Selection tasting platters followed by alternate drop main and dessert is $55 p/p
2 courses consisting of alternate drop entrée & main is $50 p/p
3 courses consisting of alternate drop entrée, main & dessert is $60 p/p
