Main
- Grain fed eye fillet, pomme fondant, roast mushroom, asparagus & red wine butter
- Roast chicken breast, smoked tomato, fine herb mash, rocket & macadamia pesto
- Market fish, horseradish mash, buttered asparagus & basil crème fraiche
- Pan seared lamb backstrap on pumpkin, shallot & blue cheese risotto

- Rhubarb & saffron crème brulee w lemongrass sorbet

2 courses consisting of Chef Selection tasting platters followed by alternate drop main is $45 p/p
3 courses consisting of Chef Selection tasting platters followed by alternate drop main and dessert is $55 p/p
2 courses consisting of alternate drop entrée & main is $50 p/p
3 courses consisting of alternate drop entrée, main & dessert is $60 p/p
