The following menus are designed for you to mix and match, depending on your style function.

Our canapé menus should not be used as a meal replacement, rather as light snacks to have whilst enjoying a refreshing beverage

All menus below are based on a minimum number of 15 guests. Should your group be smaller than this please refer to our ‘At the Bar’ Menu which can also be preordered.

Assorted Pie Platter $35 for 30 pieces mixed selection

Selection of Italian and Spanish meats, marinated veg and crusty bread.

Cheese Selection $75 10-15 people as a snack

Selection of local and international cheese served with quince paste, grapes and lavosh

Seafood Platter $135 15-20 people as a snack

Cold Canape $4 ea $105  for 30 pieces mixed selection

Fresh local crab meat in sweet corn soup, salmon pearls (gf)
Stilton and caramelized pear, onion jam on brioche (veg)
Assorted sushi (can be veg and gf)
House cured ocean trout, served en croute with creme fraiche and dill. 
Mini prawn cocktails (gf)
Prosciutto wrapped rockmelon.(gf)
Duck liver pate served en croute with fresh raspberry and cress.

Hot Canapes $5 ea

Chorizo, chat potato and corriandor salad served in spoons (gf)
Tempura prawns served with mango,lime and chilli salsa
